Sunday- Bacon swiss mushroom burgers and salad

Tuesday- Bibimbap
Wednesday - Pepperoni and cheese Stromboli
Thursday- Pot roast with root veggies in crock pot
(Prepared pot roast like this recipe, then added potatoes,
celery, onions and carrots in the crock pot with it)
Friday- Pesto, Sundried tomato goat cheese stuffed chicken and salad
