Monday- Zucchini and mushroom white lasagna w meatless crumble and salad (The original recipe used sausage, I subbed the meat with tofurkey meatless crumble to make this a meat free meal)
Tuesday- Jalapeño popper chicken, Spanish rice, salad
Wednesday- Bangers and mash with gravy and peas
Saturday- Steak and cheese stuffed peppers with rice pilaf
